The History
A second generation designer and builder from upstate New York, Cory was born to create. Gathering all the knowledge he could from the family business, Cory recognized early the direction he wanted to take. After graduating from UNCC, and exploring the many different facets of the industry, All Structures was born. Since 2004, Cory has successfully serviced hundreds of satisfied clients across Charlotte, North Carolina.

About Cory Shipman
Cory’s loves are his business, family, friends, and pushing the limits on adventure. He is originally from upstate NY, however spent the majority of his childhood in Pinehurst, NC. He then moved to Charlotte to attend UNC where he received his BS in Business Management. He’s a true thrill seeker and has rafted The Upper Gauley in WV, heli-boarded in Canada, and is embarking on a new experience by taking a 700 mile guided journey of Alaskan and Canadian waters. When he’s not taking daring plunges into wilderness, he can be found spending time with family on Lake Jocassee in South Carolina.
Cory’s love for travel and the outdoors has developed his style and is evident in his design. He loves projects where he is bringing the outside indoors or where his creative use of material, colors, and layout goes well beyond dry-wall and the everyday look we all hope to escape.He resides in Concord, NC with his wife, two daughters, and of course, their ponies.
